It sounds as though the OP lost his “lifetime” license for DXO11 some time ago. He didn’t find this out until he tried to move the software to a new machine.

WebJan 28, 2024 · Customer service by DXO is ONLY by email and extremely slow. DXO customer service likes to play "20 questions" and after 7 to 10 emails back and forth over a week, i had to demand a refund. Even then it took them another 10 days to respond and process. Sorry but I would recommend putting your $500 towards a new iphone 7.
