The simplest solution is to simply deploy a secondary network to support the IP cameras. WebUpdate the Hikvision IP camera firmware Ensure the camera is using the latest firmware. Open the camera menu via web browser and click on Configuration >> Maintenance >> Upgrade & Maitenance >> Upgrade. That should solve the problem if you have the original Hikvision camera that allows the firmware upgrade.

An non attentive user leaving that running for an extended time will kill the bandwidth budget. I guessed the NVR would have some way of limiting the bandwidth for streaming but this is not really the case. I do not use NVR or iVMS app. I do use an EZVIZ app (H&L Cam) via Hik-Connect but did not change any settings in it during this test so it should not affect. I have my camera connected via LAN cable about 7-8 meters to my router, bandwidth should not be the problem.
