Hygrozyme is good but strong; I'd use it @4mL/gal after week 2 of veg and amp it up to no more than 5 mL/gal on weeks 1-3 of flower. There is a tremendous amount of research that shows the befits of using beneficial bacteria and fungus. Not so much with roots exc as they don't tell you what is exactly in it.
